Crystal healing is a holistic therapy that uses the energy of crystals to help release energetic blocks so that energy can flow freely through the body.

As we know, everything around us is made of energy, we are made of energy! When our energy becomes blocked or unbalanced, it can have a negative effect on our wellbeing. Crystals help the body and mind to heal by directing energy where it is needed the most. Different types of crystals have different healing properties and energies. 

During my crystal healing treatment I will begin placing crystals on and around your body, using a dowsing pendulum to help me determine where the crystals will go.  Some areas of the body may need a little more in-depth healing, and if this is the case, I would tend to complement the crystal with a quartz star point or use an advanced crystal healing layout.  Sometimes, blockages may also be linked to a specific chakra, and if this is identified, I might look to connect them with an amethyst trail.

 

I do also tend to combine Angelic Reiki with my treatments (please see my Angelic Reiki page for more information).
